FineTouch Academy selected for phase 2 of the UCreate program

What is uCreate?

uCreate is the support program of the University of Lausanne dedicated to leaders of impact projects. It takes place in two phases:

• Phase 1 : exploration, validation and presentation of the idea.
• Phase 2 : intensive support, coaching, financing and prototyping.
  Its strength? Bringing together a network of experts, seasoned entrepreneurs and resources to transform a promising concept into a solid reality.

Why we tried the uCreate adventure

At FineTouch Academy, our ambition is clear: to offer practical, rigorous and accessible surgical training.
We joined uCreate with two goals:

1. Challenging our idea with external experts to test their relevance and impact.
2. Obtaining official recognition which attests to the quality and solidity of our project.
   We have never seen this approach as a validation of our legitimacy — which we have already built on the ground — but as a way to push precision and range even further of our approach.

Phase 1: pitching in front of a prestigious jury

During phase 1, we presented FineTouch Academy in front of a jury composed of professionals for whom entrepreneurship is a daily occurrence. Profiles from innovation, health, pedagogy and strategic development.
Their verdict? Our project is useful, structured and has an impact.
This recognition, coming from people used to assessing the viability of projects, opened the door to phase 2 for us.

Phase 2: what awaits us

This step will not be a simple training: it will be a concrete field for iteration and improvement, supported by:

• One expert support to refine our model.
• Of financial resources to strengthen our educational tools.
• One strategic framework to optimize deployment.

The objective is clear: solidify FineTouch Academy with the cross-eyed eyes of professionals, while making progress on the real launch.

An already solid project, ready to grow

If we are entering phase 2, it is because we already have the foundations: a proven pedagogy, adapted content, a clear vision.
UCreate allows us to anchor our seriousness and credibility even more deeply — and to go further, faster, with the assurance that our work meets the expectations of a demanding market.
